How to handle yourself with prospective JV partners

I'm sure I'll be speaking with you soon enough if you have a Joint Venture candidate. As always, I'm going to tell you like it is. What is important to your/our JV partner is as follows:

1. Lots of muscle and experience in management. If you don't have it, you need to be prepared to hire it.

2. Integrity, honesty, fairness. Show your greedy little sharkfin and they'll run from you. Because you just met the opportunity of your life, be respectful and grateful. You will be given a tremendous amount of autonomy and they don't want to be taken advantage of.

3. Listen to their program. Put your hangup aside and listend to what they have to offer. Often they bring more to the table than just money.

Green, Green, Green...We are now accepting applications again....

10 Projects to be funded in 60 days

Great News! Our first 10 projects with our strategic green alliances have been approved and should receive their funding within the next 60 days. We will be accepting new applications on US green projects July 21st.

No Upfront Fees

To set the record straight. Walker Commercial Funding never has nor never will charge upfront fees. We only accept projects that we feel a) have a very high probability of closing and b) we already have a funding source(s) for.

Evidently, there is another company out there that has the same name as us and does charge upfront fees. We are not that company. I encourage you to check out our website. Our "no upfront fees" policy is over 3 years old and we've never operated otherwise.

Good news for projects outside of the US. Our first round of funding was focused primarily on green projects that were qualified for green credits.

With the huge influx of international projects we are receiving, we are expanding our lending parameters on a country-by-country basis.
